Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM in our museum now located in the upper level of the Sabina Municipal Building. A lift has been installed in the building to allow for handicap accessibility.

Appointments can always be scheduled by calling a trustee. Current trustees are Tom Mitchell, Jo Baker, Susan Littleton Kempner, Bonnie Starcher, Lois Steiner, Peggy Dunn, Virginia Vandervort, and Roger Starnes Jr.
