Annual Membership Meeting and Christmas Dinner

This year the annual membership meeting and Christmas dinner will be on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at the COVE in Sabina.  Doors will open at 6:00 PM with the meal to be served at 6:30 PM. The program will focus on local school memories. Be sure to bring some favorite memories to share about the buildings, teachers, school staff, clubs, proms, etc.

Plan on attending the Annual Christmas Dinner to enjoy the meal and fellowship.  The cost of the meal is $20.00 (same as last year).  Reservations should be called in to trustee Peggy Dunn at  937-527-3613 or at the Sabina Library 937-584-2319. You can send your meal payment with a check (made out to the Clinton County Foundation) or cash to P. O. Box 271, Sabina.   If you  prefer not to use the mail, payment can also be dropped off to Peggy at the Sabina Public Library or at our table during the cookie sale. You can also pay at the door the night of the dinner.  If you call, make a reservation and do not attend, you will still be expected to pay.  Reservations need to be made by November 27, 2024.
